A Message From The Tenant Advisory Group

On behalf of tenants, the Tenant Advisory Group (TAG) would like to express its thanks and appreciation to all OCH staff who have continued to work in their communities or connect with them by telephone or in-person over the last eight weeks.

It has been a remarkable effort and one that has been seen by tenants and communities. Whether it be the continued work of the maintenance, pest management or safety teams in our homes and communities or the many supportive calls we have received from Tenant Experience or Community and Tenant Support or the organization of food and support services with partners, we are grateful for the work of OCH and its many amazing staff.

We are also thankful that OCH staff have reached out to hundreds of engaged tenants for advice and help in the community. This shows your commitment to working hand-in-hand with us to build stronger communities.
